Special Offer: Any organization registering three or more employees receives a complimentary registration for an additional person and automatically becomes an ACCO Training Affiliate.
Note: Separate registration is required for each Climate Strategies Forum event.  If you'd like to register for both Forum events, you can do so through either event at a discounted rate per below.

Rate Discount for Both Packages

ACCO is currently offering a $200 discount for individuals planning to attend both Forum events.  This offer is subject to change after the early bird registration period has passed.  After registering for the first of the two Forum events, please send an email to registrations@climatestrategiesforum.org.  ACCO will send you a promo code that can be used to register for the second event.

Important Registration Details

  • Bootcamp Selection: Be prepared to register for bootcamps during the registration process.

  • Online Registration: The following credit cards are accepted: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover.  Online registration will close at 11:59pm (eastern) on Wednesday, July 13, 2016.

  • One-Day Rates: ACCO will announce one-day rates later this year.  Discount promotions will not be applicable to one-day rates.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and changes must be made in writing; phone changes and cancellations are NOT permitted. Registration cancellations received more than 30 days before the date of the event may be fully refunded.  From 15-30 days out, a cancellation fee of $150.00 will apply. No refunds will be issued on within 15 days of the date of the event.  Group registrations canceled more than 15 days before the date of the event will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No refunds for group registrations will be issued within 15 days of the start date of the event.

  • Substitutions: You may substitute attendees at any time by sending written notification by COB 3 business days before the event. After that date, please bring all registration adjustment details to the on-site registration desk (including a letter from the registrant reflecting the requested change).

  • Group Rates: Groups of 5 or more individuals from the same organization may be eligible for a group rate to be determined by ACCO.  Please contact registrations@ClimateStrategiesForum.org for more information.

  • Registration Changes/Cancellations: Please send all written notices of cancellation or changes to registrations@ClimateStrategiesForum.org.

  • Special Needs: We will make ever effort to accommodate special needs identified to us prior to the event. Please indicate these special needs during the registration process. Upon receipt of stated special needs in confirmed registrations, the Forum managers will reply with an e-mail to you to confirm receipt.

  • Vendor/Forum Producer: Association of Climate Change Officers (1921 Florida Avenue NW, P.O. Box 53249, Washington, DC 20006)

International Participants:

ACCO cannot provide support in obtaining Visa entry into the United States. All attendees are responsible for securing their own approvals and travel to the event.

Volunteers:

ACCO provides complimentary registration to a select group of volunteers in exchange for a half-day work shift on at least two of the conference days.  For more information, please contact Julia Price Radice.
